Description

Vintage 1930s Art Deco oval silver ring featuring marcasite stones. Marcasites are actually Pyrite also known as Fools Gold. It was used in jewellery due to it's ability to catch the light, giving a diamond effect.The ring is hallmarked 935 indicated the piece was most made in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

MEASUREMENTS

The ring measures 2.4cm / 0.9" in height and 1.5cm / 0.6" in width. The ring is a UK size N and US size 7.

CONDITION

The ring is in excellent vintage condition, no stones are missing.
