Every Mayveda piece is delivered free within the US, fully insured and gift wrapped, ready to give or keep.

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order within the United States. Every package is fully insured and needs an adult signature on delivery.

Before anything ships, we’ll email you to arrange a delivery date, so you can make sure someone is home to sign, or keep a surprise a surprise. If you have an important date in mind, such as a proposal, let us know when you order.

For now, we only ship within the United States.

Resizing

If your ring needs resizing, we’ll have it done before it ships. Depending on the ring and the time of year, resizing usually takes 7 to 10 days. If you need it sooner, contact us and we’ll see if we can speed it up. Once your ring is ready, we’ll email you to arrange delivery.

Packaging

Every piece is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our signature box, ready to be delivered safely and given as a gift. Gift wrapping is always complimentary.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. If you’re unsure, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery so we can talk it through.

Please always contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without our label aren’t insured, and we can’t be responsible for them if they’re lost or stolen in transit. Custom pieces are final sale.
