Colgante medallón antiguo eduardiano de plata de ley con detalles grabados ornamentados que datan de 1901. En el centro de la pieza hay un espacio donde se podría hacer un grabado, así como en la parte posterior del colgante. El colgante tiene un frente liso de oro rosa, mientras que el resto de la pieza está en relieve y grabado, lo que le da una sensación tridimensional; es de peso considerable.
La pieza tiene varios sellos que indican que fue contrastada en 1901-1902, elaborada en plata de ley y oro rosa de Birmingham, Inglaterra, por W.W.C (William Walter Cashmore).
El collar ha sido estilizado con una nueva cadena de plata de ley; la pieza tiene ese diseño victoriano antiguo clásico, fue hecha justo al final de la era victoriana. La medalla se habría usado en la cadena de un reloj de bolsillo, posiblemente otorgada por un logro deportivo o con fines decorativos.
