Descripción
Nuestro antiguo anillo eduardiano de 1905 presenta una piedra de vidrio azul redonda brillante rodeada por un halo de piedras de vidrio en pasta. El anillo está totalmente marcado y data de Chester en 1905.
Esta pieza está engastada en oro de 9 ct, tiene una ligera tonalidad rosa, típica del oro victoriano/eduardiano de esta época. El color está entre el amarillo moderno y el oro rosa. Las piedras de vidrio se fabrican con óxido de plomo y se denominan 'Flint Glass'. El vidrio está tallado y facetado para aumentar los reflejos y el fuego. La pasta se consideró un material popular en bisutería y joyería fina entre las décadas de 1750 y 1930.
