Antiguo colgante de corazón inflado victoriano con una estrella y una luna engastadas en diamantes. El colgante está engastado en oro amarillo de 15 quilates. La época victoriana usó estrellas y lunas para ser el tema de muchos objetos de arte, desde joyas hasta prendas de vidrio. Las estrellas simbolizaban "espíritu, guía y dirección" para su portador.
El colgante cuelga de una nueva cadena de oro de 9 quilates.
