Caja Vesta antigua de 1898 engastada en plata de ley, con un hermoso patrón de hojas de hiedra en el anverso y el reverso. En la época victoriana la hoja de hiedra simbolizaba el amor, el cariño, la fidelidad, la amistad y el cariño. El estuche Vesta sería el lugar perfecto para guardar un recuerdo o recuerdo como si fuera un relicario.
Los estuches Vesta se usaban para almacenar fósforos, en la parte inferior de la caja hay un área estriada que se usa para encender el fósforo. En la década de 1830, se empezaron a usar fósforos de fricción, aunque eran peligrosos y podían encenderse sin previo aviso, el estuche vesta mantenía los fósforos secos y seguros.
