Collar victoriano antiguo con piedras preciosas de granate de corte plano engastadas en plata dorada. Cada piedra preciosa de granate ha sido cortada para reflejar la luz, las piedras son de color rojo intenso y cambian de color a medida que la luz se mueve a su alrededor. Plata dorada es un término que se usa para colocar oro sobre plata.
Los granates se utilizaron ampliamente en todos los diferentes diseños de joyería victoriana, pulseras, anillos, broches y collares elaborados, representan la piedra natal de enero. Las perlas de semillas en la época victoriana se asociaron con una serie de símbolos como la inocencia, la pureza, la humildad y la armonía.
