It was a bit out of my price range, but after speaking with Tiffany we were able to reduce the price by not including the chain. She was so lovely throughout the whole process and kept me updated when it had gone out. The charm arrives quickly and the packaging was beautiful. I was initially wary as incorrect tracking indicated delivery had been made and I did not receive a reply to my enquiry. However they had replied and it had been directed into my junk mail. Shipment was delayed due to holiday and when the bracelet arrived it was as described and beautifully gift wrapped.
