Anillo victoriano antiguo con un hermoso rostro tallado de una concha de color albaricoque y blanco. La Dama lleva un delicado collar de cuentas. El anillo está engastado en oro de 9 quilates. Las joyas de camafeo se hicieron muy populares a principios del siglo XIX; los camafeos representaban a mujeres romanas. Las mujeres victorianas en el Grand Tour traían a casa estas piezas de lugares como Italia y Grecia.
