Antiguo broche victoriano de plata con piedra ovalada de ágata musgosa. El broche tiene una parte trasera abierta que permite que la luz atraviese la piedra. La pieza se asegura con un broche en 'c' abierto.
El ágata es un tipo de calcedonia, crece en vacíos de masas rocosas como la lava, acumulándose durante millones de años. El ágata de musgo es aún más fina debido al manganeso y el cloruro (tonos de verde musgo) y cuando se pule, los racimos aparecen suspendidos dentro de la joya iridiscente. El ágata tiene una apariencia naturalista.
