Vintage victoriano antiguo Whitby jet broche c1880s. Broche matinal de azabache circular, tallado y pulido, con una cuenta central facetada, cierre con un broche en forma de "c" abierta y un alfiler. Jet se hizo popular después de la muerte del Príncipe Alberto en 1861 y lo usaba la Reina Victoria durante la mañana. Jet es una madera fosilizada y durante la época victoriana, el principal centro de producción estaba en Whitby. Este broche se encuentra en buen estado vintage y mide 2,5 cm de diámetro.
