Broche de nácar vintage Art Deco de los años 30 con el nombre 'Mary'. Este tipo de broche generalmente se lo entregaba a una dama de parte de su novio o hijo, a menudo un soldado o marinero antes de que se fuera al servicio, como muestra de afecto.
La palabra 'Mary' está montada en un alambre de oro laminado sobre una base de nácar y asegurada con un cierre abierto en forma de 'c' de oro laminado. El oro laminado es una fina capa de oro sobre un metal base y se fusiona mediante calentamiento.

El broche mide 4 cm / 1,5" de largo y 2 m / 0,7" de alto.
