Broche de cangrejo Trifari de diseñador de la década de 1960 con vaso de leche. En la parte inferior del broche tiene la marca del fabricante 'Trifari Pat. Pendiente'. Este sello se usó entre 1932 y 1954. Esta marca se usó principalmente en piezas diseñadas por el conocido diseñador jefe Alfred Philippe, quien se unió a la empresa Trifari a principios de 1930.
SOBRE EL DISEÑADOR
Trafari es una empresa de joyería eminente de los EE. UU. que comenzó entre 1910 y 2000. El célebre diseñador de joyas Alfred Philippe, que en 1930 dejó Van Cleef & Arpels para unirse a Trifari, una empresa con sede en Nueva York que se convirtió en el fabricante de bisutería más grande de los Estados Unidos. Produjo muchos estilos y precios de joyas, cubriendo diferentes diseños con artesanía de calidad. Trafari también creó piezas de joyería reales para clientes privados, incluidas estrellas de Hollywood, musicales de Broadway y la primera dama de los EE.
