Inspired by my great-great-grandmother Mayveda Comyn, whose love for jewelry was passed down through generations, I founded Mayveda Jewelry in 2011. Growing up with a deep appreciation for the history and artistry of jewelry, I felt a strong desire to create something that honored the craftsmanship and significance of the past while still feeling fresh and wearable for the modern woman.

With years of experience as a jewelry designer and a deep understanding of antique pieces, I earned my FGA certification and became a Fellow of the Gemmological Institute of Great Britain. Additionally, I am a certified Diamond Grader with the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), which deepens my knowledge of gemstones and enhances the precision and care I put into every piece. These qualifications solidify my commitment to quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
