Notre médaillon vintage des années 1950 est de forme octogonale avec un motif gravé. Le médaillon est serti d'argent sterling, stylisé sur une nouvelle chaîne ajustable. Le médaillon s'ouvre pour révéler deux zones où des images peuvent être placées.
