Notre médaillon circulaire vintage des années 1960 présente une gravure étoile complexe sertie d'argent sterling. Le médaillon s'ouvre pour révéler deux zones où des images peuvent être placées. Le pendentif est suspendu à sa chaîne en argent d'origine.
