Notre médaillon rectangulaire en or 9 carats présente un motif orné sur le devant. L'intérieur du médaillon a une caractéristique unique de deux zones où les images peuvent être placées. Le médaillon a un certain nombre de marques indiquant que la pièce a été poinçonnée à Birmingham, en Angleterre. Le médaillon est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne en or jaune 9 carats.
