Nuestro colgante Wren presenta una impresionante piedra preciosa de amatista tallada a mano engastada en un hermoso diseño festoneado engastado en oro amarillo de 9 quilates.
Debido a su color parecido al del vino, las primeras leyendas griegas asociaban la amatista con Baco, el dios del vino. Otras leyendas reflejaban la creencia de que la amatista mantenía a su portador lúcido e ingenioso en la batalla y en los negocios. Debido a que la amatista estaba asociada con el vino, se creía que usar amatista prevenía la embriaguez. (Fuente- GIA)
El colgante fue diseñado por Mayveda y fabricado por nuestro experto maestro orfebre con más de 40 años de experiencia trabajando en el distrito de joyería de Londres, Hatton Garden.
Inspirándose en la joyería fina antigua y vintage, Tiffany of Mayveda Jewellery se ha propuesto llevar su pasión por los objetos hermosos un paso más allá, al diseñar su primera pieza inspirada en la campiña inglesa de su infancia. El colgante Wren fue diseñado en Londres por Tiffany y elaborado meticulosamente por un pequeño equipo de artesanos en el corazón del distrito de la joyería en Hatton Garden. El nombre 'The Wren' proviene del hermoso canto del pequeño pájaro que canta en nuestro jardín rural inglés.
