La cadena está diseñada para colocarse en capas de varias maneras, los amuletos se pueden unir al clip. Este collar es muy versátil. Las cadenas de protección largas Pinchbeck son raras de encontrar.
Pinchbeck es una aleación de metal que consta de latón, zinc y cobre fabricada por Christopher Pinchbeck en la década de 1720. Era un relojero de Londres y Pinchbeck se desarrolló como una alternativa al oro. El material era más barato, más liviano y no se deslustraba y podía convertirse en diseños intrincados.
