Grand médaillon en argent sterling vintage des années 1960 avec motif de gravure florale. Ce grand médaillon rond se ferme en toute sécurité et comporte deux zones où des photos peuvent être sécurisées ou éventuellement une zone pour une mèche de cheveux.
