Notre médaillon vintage des années 1980 présente une gravure ornée dans un motif de cœur. Le médaillon en forme de cœur s'ouvre pour révéler deux zones où des images pourraient être placées. Le médaillon est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne en or 9 carats. Le médaillon a un certain nombre de poinçons indiquant que la pièce provient de Birmingham, fabriquée en or 9 carats en 1986.
