Broche vintage de oro laminado de los años 30. Este divertido broche está hecho de oro laminado. El oro laminado es un metal híbrido que consta de finas capas de oro que se fusionan con calor para crear uno o ambos lados de un metal base de latón o cobre. Por lo general, el oro laminado consta de un 5% de oro. Este proceso fue patentado en Inglaterra en 1817; se hizo popular en las décadas de 1920 y 1930 y se usó en joyería vintage de alta calidad.
Este broche está hecho de alambre de oro enrollado moldeado en forma de letra y asegurado a un alambre redondo de oro enrollado que forma el imperdible. El broche puede ser una letra 'p', 'g' o 'j'.
