Médaillon géorgien antique en argent sterling avec des gravures ornées sur le devant du médaillon. L'intérieur du médaillon a deux panneaux pour placer deux images. Au dos du médaillon, il y a un certain nombre de marques indiquant que la pièce a été poinçonnée en 1881-1882 à Birmingham, en Angleterre, à partir d'argent sterling. Le médaillon se ferme avec un clic sécurisé.
