Médaillon édouardien antique en forme de diamant serti d'argent. Ce médaillon inhabituel a une belle gravure avec un motif floral en relief.
La pièce a été poinçonnée à Birmingham en 1905-1906 et elle a été fabriquée à la main en argent sterling, comme indiqué par les poinçons au dos du médaillon.
