Médaillon en verre édouardien antique serti d'argent. Ce médaillon comporte deux morceaux de verre dans un cadre argenté, la bélière en haut de la pièce se dévisse permettant de retirer les deux morceaux de verre. Ces types de médaillons sont parfaits pour deux images à l'arrière et à l'avant ou un morceau de tissu ou un médaillon de cheveux a fière allure.
Le médaillon a un certain nombre de poinçons indiquant que la pièce a été poinçonnée à Birmingham, en Angleterre en 1907 à partir d'argent sterling.
