Médaillon rond édouardien antique en or rose 9 carats. Le médaillon s'ouvre pour révéler deux zones où une photographie ou un souvenir peut être stocké. Le médaillon peut être porté de chaque côté car ils sont tous deux décoratifs. Au dos du médaillon, il y a un certain nombre de poinçons indiquant que la pièce a été poinçonnée à Chester, en Angleterre, sertie d'or rose 9 carats en 1906-1907.
