Médaillon édouardien antique en or rose 9 carats avec un rubis central avec six perles de rocaille serties dans un motif orné. Le médaillon s'ouvre pour révéler deux zones où les images peuvent être stockées. Le médaillon est en or rose 9 carats à l'arrière et à l'avant, l'intérieur du médaillon est en laiton. Le laiton a été utilisé à cette époque en raison de sa durabilité.
