Description
Pendentif coeur Lavalier antique édouardien (1891-1903). La pièce comprend des perles de rocaille et un seul saphir bleu serti dans une fleur entourée de feuilles délicates. Sur le dessous du pendentif, la pièce est poinçonnée FSB et 9 carats indique que la pièce a été fabriquée à la main par Frederick Sidney Banks en or jaune et rose 9 carats.
Ces types de pendentifs ont été nommés pendentifs Lavalier popularisés par la duchesse de la Vallière, une maîtresse du roi Louis XIV de France.
LA MESURE:
Le pendentif mesure 2,5 cm / 0,9 "de longueur (hors anneau de saut) et 2,2 cm / 0,8" de largeur. La pièce est suspendue à une nouvelle chaîne en or rose mesurant 18 ".
