Description
Médaillon de broche en argent sterling victorien antique. La broche est ornée d'une couronne centrale, de deux drapeaux britanniques Union Jack. Les lettres « V » et « R » entourent la rose, le trèfle à quatre feuilles et le chardon. Ces symboles représentent ce qui suit : Victoria, Regina, l'Angleterre (rose), l'Irlande (trèfle à quatre feuilles) et l'Écosse (chardon). Une bannière sous ces motifs dit 'Jubilee' 1887.
Au dos de la broche, vous pouvez voir une petite fenêtre en verre où un souvenir peut être stocké.
La broche est poinçonnée avec la marque du fabricant "S-BRO" faisant référence aux bijoutiers Sydenham Brothers trouvés à New Edmund Street, Birmingham. Les broches des frères Mizpah se trouvent au Queen Victoria and Albert Museum de Londres.
La pièce est en excellent état et mesure 3,6 cm / 1,4" de largeur et 3 cm / 1,1" de hauteur.
