Notre grand médaillon ovale en argent présente une conception de boucle avec un motif de feuille gravé autour de lui. Le médaillon s'ouvre pour révéler deux zones où des images peuvent être placées.
Le collier est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne en argent lourd.
