Breloque victorienne antique en or rose 9 carats avec cornaline rouge foncé et pierre de sang vert foncé. Ces pierres étaient couramment utilisées dans les goussets et avaient souvent des écussons familiaux gravés dessus, elles auraient été portées sur la chaîne de montre d'un gentleman principalement pour la décoration. Le porte-clés porte un certain nombre de poinçons indiquant que la pièce a été fabriquée en or 9 carats par William John Pellow de Hylton Street, Birmingham, Angleterre.
