Le médaillon est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne en or jaune 9 carats. La pièce est de 9 carats à l'arrière et à l'avant, ce qui signifie que l'intérieur n'est pas en or bien que l'avant et l'arrière de la pièce soient en or 9 carats.
