Porte-clés victorien antique avec de beaux détails ornés sur le cadre et la caution de la pièce. Sur le devant du porte-clés se trouve un cadre en verre permettant une photo. Un gousset de ce style aurait été attaché à la chaîne de montre de poche d'un gentleman avec une image ou une mèche de cheveux dedans. Le pendentif est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne en or jaune 9 carats.

La pièce est non poinçonnée, elle est en vermeil d'or sur un socle en métal.
