La pièce remonte à l'époque victorienne, les trois zones dorées sur le charm sont les poinçons '9 375' confirmant que la pièce est en or 9 carats. Le pendentif est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne en or rose 9 carats.
Cette pièce rare présente des cheveux délicatement tissés. Les cheveux d'un être cher étaient utilisés comme décoration dans les bijoux à l'époque victorienne. Les bijoux de coiffure sont très collectionnables, précieux et sentimentaux. La forme en fer à cheval symbolise la "bonne chance".
