Description
Broche victorienne antique en or jaune avec diamants de 0,2 ct. Cette superbe broche est ornée d'un gros diamant taillé dans une ancienne mine dans un ensemble gitan. La broche est ornée d'une étoile gravée autour des boules de diamant et d'or. Les boules d'or étaient une caractéristique de conception populaire dans les bijoux victoriens. Le dos de la broche a un sertissage à dos ouvert permettant à la lumière de passer à travers le diamant, ajoutant à son éclat.
Les diamants taillés à l'ancienne sont des pièces uniques en leur genre, ils sont l'arrière-grand-père des diamants taillés en brillant des temps modernes. Ce diamant aurait été taillé à la main.
La broche se fixe avec un fermoir en "c" ouvert, elle est en excellent état antique, mesurant 1,9 cm de diamètre, le diamant central mesure 0,3 cm de diamètre.
