She was so lovely throughout the whole process and kept me updated when it had gone out. The charm arrives quickly and the packaging was beautiful. I was initially wary as incorrect tracking indicated delivery had been made and I did not receive a reply to my enquiry. However they had replied and it had been directed into my junk mail.
