Description
Broche camée corail peau d'ange victorienne (1837-1901) sertie d'argent et d'or. Le corail peau d'ange est considéré comme l'un des coraux les plus recherchés en raison de ses teintes délicates de rose et de blanc. Le camée représente une dame portant un collier avec une lunette en argent et une monture décorative en or jaune tissé. Le dos de la broche est fermé par un fermoir en "c" ouvert. Au début du XIXe siècle, des camées présentent des femmes romaines. Les femmes victoriennes du Grand Tour ont ramené ces pièces d'endroits comme l'Italie et la Grèce.
L'or et l'argent ne sont pas poinçonnés, il s'agit très probablement d'or de haute qualité.
