Boutons de manchette vintage des années 1950 avec quatre disques d'or de forme ovale classique avec une décoration ornée. Les disques sont sécurisés par une épaisse chaîne en or. Les boutons de manchette ont un certain nombre de marques indiquant que les pièces ont été poinçonnées en 1958 à Chester et sont serties d'or jaune 9 carats.
