Notre lourd médaillon coeur vintage des années 1960 présente un magnifique motif floral orné. Le médaillon s'ouvre vers le haut pour révéler deux zones où des images pourraient être placées. Le médaillon est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne lourde en or 9 carats.
Le médaillon a un certain nombre de marques indiquant que la pièce a été poinçonnée à Birmingham, en Angleterre en 1964 à partir d'or 9 carats.
