Pendentif vintage des années 1970 avec médaillon en forme de cœur en or jaune 9 carats. Le pendentif s'ouvre pour révéler deux zones où des images pourraient être placées. Le pendentif est suspendu à une nouvelle chaîne en or jaune 9 carats. Le médaillon s'ouvre et se ferme en toute sécurité.
Le médaillon a un certain nombre de poinçons indiquant que la pièce a été poinçonnée à Birmingham, en Angleterre, à partir d'or jaune 9 carats. La lettre de date est usée, mais les autres poinçons indiquent que la pièce date de 1975 à 1998.
