La Maison Givenchy a ouvert ses portes à Paris en 1952 par Hubert De Givenchy, la capitale mondiale de la mode. Elle a produit des bijoux fantaisie de haute qualité tout au long des années 1950 et 1960. Ces dessins étaient simples et élégants avec quelques pièces à plus grande échelle. Givenchy a incorporé l'utilisation du placage d'or, des cristaux et de la lucite dans ses créations.
