Broche en nacre vintage Art Déco des années 1930 avec le mot 'Lucy'. Ce type de broche était généralement offert à une femme par son amoureux ou son fils, souvent un soldat ou un marin avant son départ pour le service, en signe d'affection.
Le mot « Lucy » est monté dans un fil d'or enroulé sur une base en nacre et sécurisé avec un fermoir en « c » ouvert en or enroulé. L'or laminé est une fine couche d'or sur un métal de base et fusionnée par chauffage.
