Étui à timbres en argent sterling victorien. Un bel exemple d'étui à timbres en argent en forme d'enveloppe. Ce petit étui à timbres a une gravure à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'étui et s'ouvre pour ranger les timbres. Le boîtier a une boucle de suspension utilisée pour être affiché sur une chaîne. On dit que l'âge d'or de ces étuis se situe entre 1890 et 1914. Les designers victoriens ont créé de nombreux types et motifs différents. Ceci est un bel exemple et pourrait être porté sur une chaîne ou utilisé pour son usage initial sur un bureau. La breloque mesure 3,5 cm, du haut de l'anneau, sur 2,5 cm. Le charme est en excellent état vintage.
