Vintage 1970s gold pendant brooch crafted from a polished chalcedony cabochon set in a stunning bright yellow 9K gold mount adorned with pearls. With a central solid gold element in three floral parts, the intricate openwork frame of the gold mount showcases a floral design with rococo detailing.
This Victorian-style brooch pendant embodies a theme of love with its incorporation of pearls. The back of the brooch is hallmarked, indicating the piece was marked in London in 1975 with the maker's mark TAR. The piece is hallmarked as 9K gold, although it tests as 14K gold.
