Antique Victorian 1890 Ruby Pearl Bar 9ct Gold Crescent Brooch
Description
Our crescent Moon and flower brooch is set in 9ct rose gold set with two rubies a central pink Spinel and seed pearls. For the Victorians the 'Crescent Moon' symbolised new beginnings and rebirth. It also represented spirituality and the glorification of the Feminine Moon Goddess.

CONDITION
The brooch is in excellent antique condition. The central gemstone was replaced with a Spinel to match the gemstones on either side.
