Ordering
On receipt of your order and payment in full, MAYVEDA will send you a confirmation email, accepting your order. The confirmation will detail the estimated despatch and delivery information. All of our orders are tracked using the Royal Mail postal service. Please note order confirmation emails maybe filtered into your ‘Junk’ box so please be aware to check in this area to receive order status updates.
Security & Privacy
Payment is processed using 'Stripe' for a guaranteed secure payment service. Stripe is the leading online payment processing service designed to protect your online details and identity. Alternatively we accept bank transfers and cheques. Please contact our office for further information regarding bank transfers and the use of cheques on (+44) 07939 212 983.
MAYVEDA does not disclose buyer information to third parties unless legally required to do so. Your details are not stored with MAYVEDA but kept by the financial service provider ‘Paypal’ , which we do not have access to.
Quality
Antique and vintage jewellery normally show signs of age. At MAYVEDA we aim to sell items that are in excellent vintage condition. Exceptions are sometimes made if the piece is particularly unique or rare. All items are described in great detail indicating any flaws in the piece.
Any items that do not meet the expectation of the customer can be returned within 14 days, with a full money back guarantee.
Accuracy
The measurements of the pieces provided on our website are approximations to provide a guide for our customers.
MAYVEDA seeks to provide accurate dates for each item through knowledge, understanding and research. Unmarked items are very difficult to date and therefore such dates must be regarded as estimates, though we strive to be as accurate as we can. The dates of all marked items should be accurate if carrying hallmarks and makers marks.

Returns & Cancellations
All items purchased at MAYVEDA can be returned within 14 working days if you are not completely satisfied. To return your purchase please contact Mayveda Jewellery via email (details below) and we will provide you with an addressed, padded envelope to return the item and its packaging. A full refund will be issued once the item has been received by us. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition they were delivered.
All orders must be returned at the cost and risk of the sender. Cancelled orders will be credited if (a) your item has not been dispatched and you will be credited within 2 working days of receipt of your cancellation request, or (b) if your order has been dispatched, you will have to inform us of your intent to return the item and return the item within 14 days of your receipt.
Please return all items using a postal option that requires a signature upon delivery, protecting the sender against lost items. We can only refund the cost of items when they have been received by us.
