Ordering and payment

Once we receive your order and payment in full, we’ll email you to confirm it. Order emails can sometimes land in your junk folder, so please check there if you don’t see ours.

Payment is taken through our secure checkout. If you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us.

Quality and accuracy

Antique and vintage jewelry usually shows some signs of age. We aim to sell pieces in excellent condition for their age, and occasionally make an exception for a piece that is particularly rare. Every listing describes the piece in detail, including any flaws.

Measurements are approximate and given as a guide. We date each piece through hallmarks, maker’s marks and research. Hallmarked pieces can be dated accurately; dates for unmarked pieces are our best estimate.

Delivery

Delivery is free within the US. Every package is fully insured and needs an adult signature on delivery, and we’ll email you to arrange a delivery date before anything ships. We currently ship to US addresses only. If your ring needs resizing, we’ll have it done before it ships, usually within 7 to 10 days.

Returns and cancellations

You can return anything you buy from us within 14 days of receiving it. If you’re unsure, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back and we’ll email you a free, insured return label. Pieces must come back in their original condition and packaging. We’ll refund you once your piece arrives back with us. Custom pieces are final sale.

If you cancel before your order ships, we’ll refund you within 2 business days of your request.
