Our antique Victorian four stone ring features round faceted garnet gemstones set into a warm 9ct rose gold setting. Garnets are hard stones which means light reflects from their facets giving a sparkling effect.

Garnet gemstones are the birthstone of January. The beautiful stones have been extremely popular since the 18th and 19th century, the gemstones are the ideal gem for that extravagant effect. Victorian garnets were faceted and clustered together for maximum effect, they are very romantic.

CONDITION
The ring is in excellent antique condition. One of the stones has been replaced with a garnet which is slightly redder. This is not noticeable unless in bright sunlight. They are all garnets but just slightly different tone.
