Our Wren pendant features a stunning hand-cut lapis lazuli gemstone set into a beautiful scalloped design in sterling silver. Lapis lazuli is one of the birthstones for September, and one of the most sought-after stones; its deep, celestial blue remains a symbol of wisdom and truth.
Drawing inspiration from fine antique and vintage jewelry, Tiffany of Mayveda set out to take her passion for beautiful objects one step further by designing her first piece, inspired by the English countryside of her childhood. The Wren pendant was designed in London by Tiffany and meticulously crafted by a small team of artisans in the heart of the Hatton Garden jewelry district. The name ‘The Wren’ comes from the beautiful song of the tiny bird singing in our English country garden.
