Historically it is believed sapphires symbolise truth, sincerity and faithfulness. It is also believed to have curative properties and to keep one safe from illness and protect against poison and spells. Sapphire is the birthstone of September.
Our beautiful blue sapphire and diamond half eternity band is set in 18ct yellow gold. The ring has a number of marks indicating the piece was hallmarked in Birmingham, England in 1993 in 18ct gold.
