Vintage 1960s bell charm necklace featuring a beautiful snow white Edelweiss flower. The flower is set in Guilloche enamel in sterling silver. The charm is a cow bell from Switzerland.
Guilloche enamelling is a decorative process which is precise, intricate, it is a repetitive pattern engraved into an underlying material via engine turning with enamel. The word guilloche refers to the process of engine turning.

The pendant measures 1.2cm / 0.4" in height and 1cm in width. he charm hangs from a new extendable sterling silver chain measuring 40.6cm - 45.7cm / 16"-18” chain.
